Terms & Conditions.
Deposit.
We charge a 50% non-returnable deposit for
our services if you contract us to design and manage a website for you.
Time Scale.
We aim to have your website online within
2 weeks of you contracting us to design it.
If we do for any reason need longer you
will be kept fully up-to-date, however if we are kept waiting for a long
period of time for your input or for you to send us text or pictures we
may not be able to carry out the remainder of the work in order to
concentrate on our many other projects.
The remainder of the balance will not need
to be paid and depending on the amount of work we have done you may lose
your deposit.
Ongoing Support.
We will manage your website for free for a
period of 12 months from the moment we put the completed website online,
this will include any picture changes, text changes and small scale
design alterations.
Any extra pages will be charged at £20
each and if you wish for us to update your site after the 12 months then
we will charge £10 for each hour, so we recommend you give us a lot to
do! |
